We encourage small and large business owners to maintain their records in a manner to provide a financial picture of their business along with the tax planning aspect. We prepare monthly books for a wide variety of businesses. The monthly services include a detailed general ledger along with two different financial statements, one reflecting percentages. We also reconcile the bank accounts and any other accounts in the general ledger, prepare sales tax reports and income tax estimates.  Our monthly bookkeeping fees are based on the business volume of checks written and additional activities. Our monthly services start as low as $50.00. Please call for an estimate regarding your business.  In addition to monthly services we do offer quarterly recaps/financial statements. This is typically designed for the smaller business who does not require the monthly accounting, but does need to plan their estimated tax payments and profit and loss for the year.
